The Krom K-Driver has a sequential gear system operated using a gear shift and paddle shifters that you can find incorporated in the steering wheel itself, providing greater agility in turns and immediate gear changes without having to let go of the steering wheel at any time. 

It includes 12 buttons (8 analogue and 4 digital) with which you can set different options, including X-Input and D-Input mode. 

Additionally, with K-Driver you'll feel like you're on a racing track as it includes accelerator and brake pedals on an angle and routes inspired by automotive standards.
